Pearl’s Garlic & Chilli Sauce

Pearl’s chili sauce is made from a delicate blend of spices, garlic and Sun dried African bird’s eye chill, also known as piri piri, peri peri, pili pili. This small but hot chili is at 50,000-175,000 SU on the Scoville heat scale, with the Ugandan variety known have the strongest smell and taste.
